Description: A giant dragon shaped blast of lightning emerges from his hands much stronger then Kiten attacks."Julungul" is an Aboriginal serpent goddess of weather. This is called Lightning Dragon

Description: Eddy transforms into a gigantic Raijin looking thunder god made of pure
electricity and supposedly is when Enel is at his strongest.

Description:Eddy converts his body into electricity and can teleport his body(with equipments if have) where ever he want like a lighting strike so it is visible on where is about to land, though when eddy is '' teleport-ing '' he can't attack nor anyone can attack him

(it's not exactly teleport, it the speed of electricity)
